  • All deck structures , stoops, porches, patios, Sidewalks and railings
  • All eaves, soffits and fascia boards
  • Grading of the land and water drainage
  • basements, foundations and crawlspaces;
  • water penetration in basements and foundation movement;
  • heating systems oil or gas
  • cooling systems central or window units
  • main water shut-off
  • water heating systems
  • interior plumbing fixtures and faucets
  • drainage sump pumps
  • electrical service line and meter box
  • main electrical disconnect and service amperage
  • electrical panels, breakers and fuses
  • grounding and bonding
  • GFCIs and AFCIs
